KproApps is not Unitree Robotics, the manufacturer of Unitree products, and does not represent itself as the manufacturer.

Products offered by KproApps are sourced through an authorised Australian distribution channel.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, KproApps is not itself an authorised distributor, agent, subsidiary or representative of Unitree Robotics.

Unitree products sold by KproApps are sourced from an Australian distributor and supplied to customers by KproApps as the retailer.

Product availability, specifications, manufacturer support and lead times may depend on the relevant distributor and manufacturer.

Products sold by KproApps come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product develops a fault, customers should contact KproApps in the first instance. KproApps may work with its Australian distributor and/or the manufacturer to assess the product and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unitree and associated Unitree product names, trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.

References to Unitree products on this website are for the purpose of identifying and describing genuine products offered for sale.

KproApps does not claim endorsement, sponsorship or an agency relationship with Unitree Robotics unless expressly stated in writing.

The customer's sales contract is with KproApps. KproApps is responsible for providing customer service in relation to products purchased directly from KproApps, subject to our Terms & Conditions and applicable Australian law.

For manufacturer-related technical or warranty matters, KproApps may coordinate with the Australian distributor or manufacturer on the customer's behalf.

KproApps operates primarily on an order-on-demand basis and does not necessarily hold Unitree products in stock.

When you place an order with KproApps, your product may be ordered from our Australian distributor specifically to fulfil your order.

Product availability is subject to confirmation with our distributor.

Estimated delivery times displayed or provided before purchase are estimates unless KproApps expressly guarantees a particular delivery date.

Prices displayed by KproApps are KproApps retail prices and may differ from prices offered by the manufacturer, distributor or other retailers.

After an order is placed, KproApps will arrange procurement of the applicable product from its Australian distribution channel.

Where a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable before it can be procured, KproApps will contact the customer and provide the options available, including a refund where required.

Depending on the product and delivery arrangements, products may be:

• delivered to KproApps before being forwarded to the customer; or
• dispatched directly from our distributor to the customer on KproApps' behalf.

The customer's purchase remains with KproApps regardless of the method used to fulfil the order.

Products sold by KproApps come with rights and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers who experience a problem with a product purchased from KproApps should contact KproApps.

KproApps may work with its Australian distributor and/or the manufacturer to diagnose faults, arrange repairs, replacements or other applicable remedies.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Unitree and associated product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

KproApps uses manufacturer names and product information solely to identify and describe genuine products offered for sale.

KproApps does not claim sponsorship, endorsement, agency or a direct commercial relationship with Unitree Robotics unless expressly stated otherwise.
