Visitor journey analytics

When enabled, our first-party journey analytics records a random browser identifier, public pages visited, approximate active time, scroll depth, link categories and enquiry milestones. It does not record form contents, passwords, payment details, URL query strings or session video. Data is stored in our Supabase database and access is restricted to approved owner accounts. Events older than 90 days are deleted during collection. A daily rotating network hash is used for abuse prevention; raw IP addresses are not stored in journey analytics. Browser identifiers use local storage and sessions use session storage. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by this journey tracker.

These controls apply to our first-party journey tracker, not to separate Google or Vercel analytics settings.
